  2. Very informative post! I've never done any actual canning (the closest I've come is pickling cucumbers for quick use, haha) so I'm very impressed by all of this!

    1. Thank you! Canning pickles is really easy. There are a lot of pickle guides out there and many recipes make only a couple of quarts, so if you have a small amount of veggies you want to pickle, you can make up a small batch. You can pickle just about any vegetable, so try it and have fun with it!
